Delivery, ordering and payment information

Ordering at

You see which store supplies the item, as well as contact information to the store, under the product picture of each item. You see this when you have clicked on the product, on the same page as the option to put the item in your shopping bag. Customs duties may apply for delivery from Denmark or Sweden.

Once your order is registered and you have received an order confirmation email, the store in question will receive your order electronically. The store should then process the order and either “accept” or “reject” this. The store will process your order within 48 hours and you will then receive an email confirmation of whether your order is “accepted” or “declined”. If all or parts of your order could not be delivered, you will of course not be billed or charged for this.

NB Over Christmas and New Year, orders remain slightly longer due to fewer business days. cannot cancel orders that have already been accepted, and must be contacted as soon as possible by telephone +47 940 58 991 (on business days between 09.00 and 16.00) if you are supposed to cancel your order. reserves the right that the automatic e-mails to be sent may be delayed or delivered to the wrong e-mail address.

Shipment and delivery

Delivery of goods from is considered completed when the customer has received the goods. The goods must be shipped within a maximum of 5 days after the order is registered. Shipment only takes place after you, as a customer, have received a confirmation that your order has been accepted. Delivery should normally occur within 6-9 business days after the order is processed. The goods are shipped with Posten Norge / BRING, Postnord or other shipping suppliers in Norway, and can arrive at post office, Mypack delivery point, post-in-store or directly in your mailbox. This is dependent on the shipping method and shipping provider. is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your goods due to faults or delays by the freight supplier. All delivery deadlines are indicative and deviations may occur. If your transmission is delayed or gone, we will do our utmost to help you receive it as soon as possible.

You are responsible for ensuring that the customer and delivery information you have provided is correct, and we recommend that you always check these after completing the order. If you should discover errors in your information, please inform us as soon as possible, by telephone +47 940 58 991 (on business days between 09.00 and 16.00). Any incorrect deliveries / lost packages will, in case of incorrect information, be the customer’s responsibility.

If you were not supposed to have received your order within 10 working days after ordering, please contact customer service (, or directly with the store you have purchased from. If you are not expected to receive your goods, you will of course be refunded what you have paid. If the purchase is canceled due to delayed delivery, you will have the amount refunded no later than 14 working days.

The risk of the item(s)

The risk of goods passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal, after 14 days from receipt, has expired. If the item has been damaged after the buyer has received it, the customer retains the right of cancellation if the damage is not due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the customer. We recommend that you keep the original packaging when the product in case of a complaint, or in case of damage, is recommended to be returned in the original packaging.

VAT of 25% is included in all prices. For persons resident in Svalbard, who must have a VAT exemption, they must contact our customer service regarding this.

There are no other fees for your original purchase than what is stated in the booking confirmation you receive by email. If the store you are shopping from is located outside Norway, other customs clearance fees and VAT may apply. Information about which store that delivers your goods can be found under the product picture and the product description before you put the item in your shopping cart.

You can choose the payment method that suits you best (if more are enabled). You can choose to pay by credit card, paypal or invoice and direct bank transfer (from the active payment methods).

For ordering goods paid by credit card, you must have turned 15 or have approval from your guardian (s).

The price of sales or promotional goods is valid as long as the stock reaches.

Personal information

The person responsible for processing personal data collected is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to anything else, the seller, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, can only collect and store the personal information that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer’s personal information will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to have the agreement with the buyer, or in the legal case.

Online Payment

How to pay by card:

When you arrive at the checkout, fill in all the information about yourself and your address.

Choose payment by credit card via ePay and click the button.

Fill in the card number, expiration month and year and the security code on the back of the card (the last three digits).

Enter code from code chip, password or similar to complete the purchase with 3D-secure.

The amount will be reserved in your account immediately after booking, and will not be available on your credit card until the reservation is triggered. The reservation will not be deducted from your debit card before the order is processed at the store and will be triggered again if your order is declined.

If only parts of your order can be delivered, only the goods that can be delivered to you will be deducted and the remainder of the reservation will be triggered and made available in your account.

Gift certificate or discount code

If you have a voucher code or a discount code that you would like to use on the online store, add and activate the code in your shopping cart, which says “discount code” before proceeding to secure payment. Unless otherwise stated, the gift card only covers the price of the item you order, not the other fees. It is not possible to trade goods (s) for lower amounts than the value of the gift card / discount code. You cannot combine multiple discount / gift card codes on the same purchase.

Unfortunately, if you have forgotten to enter the discount code / gift card code before payment, cannot change this after the order has been made.

Shipping price

Domestically (in Norway) all orders from are delivered according to the rates that have been obtained in the shopping cart when ordering. In the event of a wrong or major deviation from the actual shipping cost, will refund or – if in disfavour – reserve the right to request that the customer pay the difference.

Right of withdrawal and return
As a customer, you always have 14 days of unlimited cancellation and return rights, which apply from the day you received the goods, or the right of withdrawal form if delivered later than the goods delivered.

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal or exchange the item you have purchased in a different size or color, you must notify within 14 days after the goods have been delivered / taken out at the place of delivery. After the online return form is completed, you must print out the return form and add it with the item to be returned. You must pack the item securely, in the same packaging that you received it in. Use of the cancellation right must be reported via the online return form, or directly to the store you are returning to, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned within 14 days after you have reported the use of the right of withdrawal. You are responsible for paying the return postage costs back to the store.

Goods that are used, in addition to what can normally be done in a physical store (ie tried) you will be charged for any value reduction on the item. If the item is used in such a way that it cannot be resold, you will receive the goods in return, and will be charged the full amount of the goods.

If you have not used the online return form, you must report directly to the store that has delivered the goods about your return.

If you have received goods from several different stores, the goods must be returned separately, to each store that has delivered goods to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are shipped to the correct store and that the item arrives at the store.

The item (s) must be collected at the place of delivery BEFORE they are sent in return, and you are responsible for the costs associated with the return shipment (postage). You must make sure that the return postage is paid and will be charged afterwards if you have not paid the return postage. If you fail to pick up the item at the delivery point, and it returns in return to the store that has shipped it, you will be charged for the return postage costs that fall on the store. You will not receive money in return / get canceled your invoice before the return has arrived at the store. If you want the item resigned after it has been returned to the store, you yourself must cover the shipping costs for this.

Return shipments cannot be sent through the Mypack delivery point, but must be sent with Posten Norge or another freight supplier that can be used by private individuals. You cannot return the package (s) with the same shipping label with which you received the item (s), and this must be removed from the packaging to avoid confusion at the item. When re-using the shipping label you will be charged for the costs of this.

If you have chosen an invoice as a payment method, you will not receive a new invoice. You must deduct the amount for the item + any shipping for the individual item you have returned on your invoice and pay it.

Upon approved return, you will be refunded money directly back to your debit card as soon as the store has received your item in return. If you have failed to use the online return form, it may take some longer processing time as the refund is done manually.

We always recommend sending returns with tracking number from Posten, then all responsibility for the item arriving at the store is on you as a customer.


Any faults or defects in products / goods delivered from a store, ordered through, must be stated within 2 months after you discovered the error. It is your duty to state and explain how the error or defect appears. If you discover an error in the item, you should direct the inquiry directly to the store you received the item from. You can basically only complain about errors that appear within 2 years after you have received the item. For items with limited durability, your complaint option is limited by the durability period has given you notice. As a consumer, you can choose whether the item should be repaired or replaced. Orders abroad

Our store,, can ship products abroad, within Europe. If we are not able to deliver abroad, your address, your order will be declined within 48 hours, and the reservation made on your credit card will be canceled.

All orders placed that ship abroad are subject to customs regulations, and will be asked to pay VAT and any customs charges that incur.

If you want to collect your product you will be charged for any fees the store has to pay for the return of the shipment.
